All new for 2023-24, the Milton Soccer Club is proud to introduce our Player Development Program (PDP) for male and female players aged U7 – U10, birth year 2017 – 2014.  The PDP will promote and develop the beautiful game within the community and help individual players achieve their personal goals by providing a genuine soccer education.  To grow the individual’s character as a responsible and resourceful member of the community by providing opportunities within the game to develop mental, physical, social and leadership skills.  Please email us at info@miltonunited.ca if you are interested in any of the competitive programs outlined below.

U7 (2017)
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Fees:
  • Annual Registration Fee | $1,000.00
  • Player Uniform Package | $250.00
What’s included:
  • Ontario Soccer Player Registration Fees
  • Training Kit: Jersey, Shorts, Socks, Bag and Tracksuit
  • All training facilities costs and coaching fees
  • Qualified Technical Coaches
Program schedule:
Indoor | October – April | Training
  • Indoor training @ the Milton Sports Dome – 1 x 1 hours per week (October – April)
  • Indoor training futsal training @ local gym = 1 x 1 hour per week (October – April)
Outdoor | May – August | Training
  • 2 x 1 hours per week (May – August) on local Milton grass and turf fields
  • In-House games and exhibition matches
Coaching Qualifications:

All age group head coaches are paid club employees with vulnerable sector screening validated every two years,
up-to-date first aid training, and the following minimum certifications required by Ontario Soccer.

  • Game Leader
  • Respect in sport
  • Making Ethical Decisions
  • Making Headway
  • Understanding the rule of two
Payment Plan:
  • The first installment is due September 27th | $200.00
  • 2nd installment due November 3rd | $200.00
  • 3rd installment due December 1st | $200.00
  • 4th installment due January 5th | $200.00

  • Indoor training @ the Milton Sports Dome – 2 x 1 hours per week (October – April)
  • Indoor training futsal training @ STFX SS = 1 x 1 hour per week (October – April)
  • Exhibition games vs. Local PHSA clubs
Outdoor | May – August | Training and Games
  • Training – 3 x 1 hours per week (May – August) on local Milton grass and turf fields
  • League Play – PHSA district outdoor league

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Milton United offers a competitive program for girls born
2007, 2008 and 2009.

  •  Team trains 2 or 3 times a week
  • Summer: PHSA district rep league; premier division in 2023; one tournament
  • Winter: competitive indoor league, eg. MYSL or PISL; Ontario Indoor Cup
  • Registration per season only
  • Training ground and home games are at Lions Sports park
  • Indoor training at artificial turf facilities and gyms
