Coach Alex Liguori, Club Technical Director
Born and raised in Rome, Italy, Coach Alex has been immersed in the game from a young age. Soccer has played a central role in shaping who he is—both on and off the field.
As a player, Alex competed at the OCAA level and attended trials in Europe, gaining valuable insight into the demands of high-level performance.
With over 15 years of coaching experience, he has worked across all levels of the game—from grassroots development to competitive environments such as the Ontario Player League (OPL) and OCAA. At the grassroots level, Alex focuses on building strong technical foundations and fostering a genuine love for the game. In competitive settings, he emphasizes performance, accountability, and preparing players for the next level.
Alex holds a CONCACAF B Licence and a Technical Director Diploma. He is passionate about creating clear player pathways and building a positive, high-performance culture.
His coaching philosophy extends beyond soccer. Alex is committed to developing well-rounded individuals by instilling discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic—while encouraging players to take risks and embrace the learning process.

Coach Kevin DeSousa – Female Director
Coach Kevin DeSousa – Female Director
Born and raised in Ontario with Portuguese roots, Kevin DeSousa brings over 20 years of experience in the game as both a player and coach.
During his youth career, he trained within the Sporting CP academy system, gaining firsthand experience in a high-performance European environment. That foundation continues to influence his approach to player development today.
After transitioning into coaching, Kevin made it his mission to create the kind of environment he once sought himself—one where players feel supported, challenged, and motivated to stay in the game long term.
He has coached across age groups from U6 to U13 and is known for his strong technical focus, player-centered approach, and ability to build positive, competitive environments. Kevin holds a Canada Soccer C Licence and continues to pursue further education, drawing from Portuguese methodologies that emphasize creativity, game intelligence, and decision-making.
As a father of two daughters, Kevin is deeply committed to the growth of the female game. He is passionate about creating an environment where young female athletes feel confident, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Coach Dave Silva - Technical Staff
Coach Dave Silva – Technical Staff
Born in Mississauga and raised in Oakville, Coach Dave Silva brings over 30 years of experience in the game as both a player and coach. Throughout his youth career, he competed with top academies and club teams across the GTA, including Erin Mills CPSL, and trained with the Ontario U16 Provincial Team.
Dave went on to play professionally in Portugal, signing with Amora FC during the 2002–2003 season, followed by a move to Odivelas FC. These experiences provided him with a strong understanding of the game at a high-performance level and continue to influence his approach to coaching today.
Dave began his coaching journey working with a competitive 2014 girls team and has since continued to grow within the Milton United program. He currently coaches within the girls program, including both Target and Development environments, and supports across multiple female age groups.
He has completed several coaching certifications, including:

Dave is known for his disciplined, passionate approach and his ability to build strong connections with his players while maintaining a high standard of accountability and development.
